What's the difference between Partial, Full, and Premium memberships?+
Partial focuses on high-impact zones like kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. Full covers every room in your home from top to bottom. Premium adds deep detailing, ceiling fans, vents, and priority scheduling on top of everything in Full.
Can I change my membership tier later?+
Of course. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you'd like. The change kicks in on your next scheduled cleaning.
What happens if I need to reschedule?+
No problem at all. Just give us notice and we'll move your appointment within a 5-day window of your original date. No fees, no questions.
What's the commitment period?+
The 4-month commitment only applies if you sign up with our special discounted first-clean pricing. This lets your cleaning crew learn your home and deliver consistently great results. After the 4 months, you can cancel anytime with 48 hours notice. If you decline the discounted pricing, there is no commitment and you can cancel anytime.
What if I cancel before the 4 months?+
We simply collect the discount you received on your first deep clean. Nothing extra, no hidden fees, no games. We only have this policy because a small number of people signed up just to get the discounted deep clean and cancelled right after.
Can I skip a scheduled cleaning?+
Due to past experience with customers taking advantage of our system, we aren't able to allow skipping of completed appointments. However, you can always reschedule your cleaning within a 5-day window of your original appointment date. Life happens, and we're happy to work with you on timing.
Do I have to be home for the cleaning?+
Nope. Most members share a garage code, door code, or smart lock access. Your cleaning crew will secure everything when they're finished.
How does the 200% Happiness Guarantee work for members?+
If any visit doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours. We'll send a crew back to redo it at no charge. Still not right? We refund that month's cleaning, no questions asked.
Can I book one-time cleans without a membership?+
Absolutely. One-time cleans are always available. That said, members save significantly per visit and get priority access to scheduling.
