Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Queen of Maids wants everyone to be able to learn about our services, request a quote, book a cleaning, and apply to join our team online, including people who use assistive technology. We work to make www.queenofmaids.com accessible to people with disabilities.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities, including people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, cognitive, or learning disabilities.

What we do

  • Pages can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Text and buttons meet WCAG color-contrast requirements.
  • Images have text alternatives, and pages use headings and labeled regions so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Animations are turned off when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on.
  • Pages adapt to small screens and zoom without content being cut off.
  • We test the site with automated accessibility tools and manual keyboard checks when we make changes.

Third-party content

Some features are provided by other companies, including our online application and quote forms, booking tools, maps, and the chat widget. We choose providers with accessibility in mind and report problems to them, but we don't fully control how their content works.

If any part of our website is hard to use, please let us know and we'll help you get what you need, whether that's a quote, a booking, or a job application, by phone or email instead.

Please tell us the page address and the problem you ran into.
